Case Study: Marketing Copy Audit
To ensure accurate and consistent product communication across a brand’s entire product portfolio, the team spearheaded a marketing copy audit which would require additional bandwidth on the team to support.
Goal: Deliver best in class, substantiated marketing copy across the product portfolio that could be cascaded to brand websites and ecommerce partners.
Results:
Working with the brand leaders, conducted a packaging and marketing copy audit to gather existing copy, review and revise for consistency and substantiation. Once complete, assisted with the implementation of a new information management system to cascade the updated marketing copy to all platforms.
The process was conducted on over 120 products and ensured accurate & consistent marketing copy across brand websites and ecommerce partners.
